Working with residents needing restorative nursing measures to maintain their highest possible functional level. The Restorative C.N.A. provides consistency between therapists and nursing staff on a daily basis; working collaboratively with the C.N.A.'s, therapy department, and nurses to see that residents receive their restorative activities as planned.Key Requirements:

• High School graduate and completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program by the State of Wisconsin.
