This position supports our youngest learners—helping them feel safe, seen, and supported as they begin their school experience rooted in faith and love. Qualifications AA Degree preferred or related field Experience working with and assisting children at various ages or grade levels Ability to manage individual, small group, or class activities Knowledge of developmental growth in children to support student progress Highly organized and follows directions Expectations Promote Catholic identity through presence, actions, and support of mission Commit to building an inclusive and diverse learning environment Provide for a safe and optimal space for early learning Work well as a collaborative team member Participate actively as a member of the St. Thomas More staff community Salary $18–$20 Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
