Cath Lab Tech Location: Tacoma, WA Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $3,094 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ID: 75841160 Shift: 10H Days 7a-530p with call Description: Unit Lab suites/labs2 suites they use for Cath Lab, 1 for vascular cases per day on average22 total cases average between Cath Lab and EP (May start with 15 and take as many as 15 add on cases.Required CertificationsTechs- RCIS, RT or RCESCommon diagnoses/Types of patientsRight and left heart cath with or without intervention. Structural heart and vascular cases.TAVR, mitral clip etc.Requires knowledge of IABP & Impella insertionJob DutiesRN and tech positions. Circulating, prep and recovery experience preferred. RN must have cardiac procedural experience with ability to circulate, sedate, monitor & document. Techs to scrub and document. Technologists must have procedural experience with the ability to scrub, monitor & document.Experience or 'Must have' skillsMinimum of 2 years experience. Needs to be experienced with sedation and Phase 1 recovery, ICU or PACU experience would be a plus. Prefer EPIC experience - this sentence needs to be listed in a 3rd column under the heading of Prep / Recovery. We have 3 areas that we need travelers for. RN's in CCL, EP & prep / recovery. Technologists in CCL & EP. Techs must also have experience in Cath lab and , MacLab, GE ImagingCardiologist hours/on callOn Call when not in houseManager/Charge NurseYes, charge or lead nurse. Will also have a lead tech when staffing allows.
