Full Time$123,400 - $185,100 AnnuallyDescriptionThe Director of Behavioral Health will lead and oversee the Behavioral Health services program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) care model. This role involves strategic planning, program development, and integration of behavioral health service within the Moses Lake Community Health Center. The Director of Behavioral Health works in close relationship with medical leadership to align and integrate effective processes for the delivery of behavioral health services across the organization. Responsibilities - Responsible for Primary Care Behavioral Health services for Moses Lake Community Health Center.
- Collaborates with others in coordinating behavioral health activities to meet organization objectives and improve workflow efficiency.
- Engage with community partners regarding behavioral health issues including providing educational training and/or onsite intervention services.
- Provides a range of behavioral health services to a high volume of patients of all ages via several different visit type (e.g., individual, group, co-visits, etc.).
- Provides a range of services to PCPs and their treatment teams. Requirements
- One of the following Licenses/Certifications is required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Doctorate in Professional Psychology/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD/PhD).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Management experience is required.
- Possesses advanced level general skills, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree program or a Master's Degree program.
- Ability to read and speak Spanish and/or Russian preferred but not required.
- Travel between work sites required. Must have reliable transportation and provide documentation of auto insurance and valid driver's license as required.
