This role works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical leaders to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of patient safety.The surgical services department features 5 main ORs plus an additional OR in the Family Birth Center, handling a steady volume of cases in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. The OR Nursing Director will collaborate with skilled physicians, dedicated techs, and a tight-knit nursing team focused on delivering exceptional perioperative care.The OR Nursing Director will drive clinical quality through staff development, policy implementation, and safety initiatives.
