The Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager is a key member of T-Mobile's Office of the CFO, responsible for helping shape and execute strategic and operational priorities across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain (FP&SC). This high-impact role drives enterprise alignment, supports forward-looking planning, and leads the coordination of cross-functional initiatives. As a trusted thought partner, this individual helps evaluate operational performance, lead high-impact initiatives, and ensure that organizational goals are on track. They own the rhythm of the business-driving clarity, accountability, and cross-functional transparency through metrics, planning cycles, and executive-level reviews. With a strong tactical mindset, this leader advances the business agenda of the FP&SC organization-delivering on time-sensitive initiatives, fostering alignment, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Success requires sharp business judgment, urgency, discretion, and effectively managing complex, high-visibility projects. - Leads special projects and time-sensitive initiatives tied to strategic priorities, coordinating closely with teams across the enterprise.
- Leads the rhythm of the business, ensuring cadence, accountability, and visibility across priorities and performance measures.
- Develops high-impact, executive-level materials that support business planning, decision-making, and communication at the leadership level.
- Partners across the Chief of Staff network and functional leadership to champion alignment and drive cross-functional progress.
- Performs additional responsibilities and high-impact projects as needed to support evolving business priorities.
The Experience You'll Bring - 7-10 years of progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, planning, operations, or related strategic roles.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of FP&SC operations and performance drivers.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and run stakeholder alignment.
- Apply exceptional organizational and program management skills to drive structured execution.
- Create executive-level presentations that are concise, data-driven, and visually compelling.
- Consistent track record to influence without authority and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing (Required); Masters/Advanced Degree in Business Finance, Marketing (Preferred).
