We are looking for a vibrant, team-oriented person with a sharp mind to join one of the most vital facets of our operation, our Customer Service department.



Responsibilities

- Manage all incoming calls and emails from the customer

- Process incoming orders

- Manage customer issues as they arise

- Coordinate with Sales team, Warehouse support, and other departments as necessary



Qualifications

- 2 year of customer service experience

- 1 year of administrative experience

- Problem Solver

- Computer literacy

- Proficiency with Office Suite (especially Excel)
