There is a direct line between company success and our ability to leverage technologies to the fullest.<br> &nbsp;<br><B>Who you are:</B><br>&bull; The ideal candidate will work in partnership with developers, business partners, vendor resources and project managers to ensure successful delivery and implementation of software solutions and integration with our legacy systems.<br>&bull; Responsibilities<br>&bull; Lead a team of developers in the implementation of enhancements to PIM/EPM (Product Information Master/Enterprise Product Master) and EPS (Enterprise Product Service)<br>&bull; Architect and design cutting edge enterprise application using the Microsoft technology stacks<br>&bull; Become knowledgeable of the Vendor Package software and mentor newer team members<br>&bull; Partner with business teams to gather and translate business functional requirements into technical solutions leveraging our enterprise application framework and Vendor Package software<br>&bull; Exercise technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions<br>&bull; Review and Approve project deliverables &ndash; Requirements, Design &amp; Architecture, Code and Configurations<br>&bull; Understand the Technical issues related to the project and ensure timely resolution; coordinate cross team meetings when needed for issue resolution<br>&bull; Provide technical input to and/or own deliverables for project Test Phases and or Sprints<br>&bull; Provide accurate estimates to management for development teams work&bull;<br>&bull; Accountable for timely, complete, and quality delivery of system development and deployment activities<br>&bull; Partner and foster collaboration with IT, business partners, and internal and external parties throughout the project.<br>&bull; Review operating practices and procedures to ensure quality and overall IT efforts, provide suggestions for improvement to management<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Qualifications</B><br>&bull; Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred<br>&bull; 5+ years of progressive experience with .Net (C#), SQL Server, XML, MVC, SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Workflow<br>&bull; 2+ years of technical experience in an enterprise scale MS SQL Server environment<br>&bull; 2+ years of experience in leading a diverse team of developers including offshore teams and third party vendors<br>&bull; Experience in using a variety of IT management tools such as TFS, Git, and Chef<br>&bull; Proven experience in implementing configurable Vendor Software packages<br>&bull; Experience in Tibco integration and SOA architecture desired<br>&bull; Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) solution software desired<br>&bull; Experience in how to follow, adhere to, and enhance a Software Development Methodology (Waterfall or Agile)<br>&bull; Experience working in a Scrum/Agile context<br>&bull; Proven experience in leading integration efforts between applications<br>&bull; Strong planning, organization and time management skills<br>&bull; Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills<br>&bull; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively<br></span> More...
