*Sales:** -Be responsible for Customer & Revenue growth/maintenance* -Greet & assist customers on the sales floor* -Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone* -Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print material* -Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards*Account Management:** -Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current 7 past due accounts* -Review past due accounts & communicate in-person & via phone with the customers to promote timely payments* -Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards*Store Supervision:** -Assist Store Manager with training & providing oversight in absence of Store Manager* -Assign coworkers to specific duties & assist with work schedule assignments* -Assist in managing daily operations when necessaryShowroom & Backroom areas:* -Refurbish merchandise to like new condition* -Keep showroom, backroom, and all store areas neat, clean and organized, including vacuuming, dusting and handling household cleaning materials*Deliveries & Pick-ups:** -Assist as needed in loading/unloading truck, or other vehicle, per policy to safely protect coworkers, customers, and merchandise* -Assist as needed in delivering merchandise in company provided vehicle to customer homes* -Assist as needed in installing and setting up merchandise, and instructing customer on proper use* -Assist as needed in picking up merchandise from customer homes* -Complete customer service calls in a timely manager as assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid sick time* Paid time off* Paid training* Referral program* Vision insuranceDay range:* Every weekend* Monday to FridayExperience level:* 5 years* No experience needed* Under 1 yearShift:* Day shiftWork Location: In personby Jobble More...
