Employee Development Spec 3 - F31-Delivery and Facilitation
Time/Time Zone: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM - 11:00PM Work Location: Auburn, WA/Renton, WA Position Responsibilities: --- Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.) --- Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content. --- Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods --- Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations --- Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors --- Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees --- Be able to support off-shift as necessary
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. \u00a7 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Required Skills/Experience: --- Experience presenting to a group --- Experience with training curriculums that include hands-on activities --- 3 + years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint --- 1+ year of experience in data analytics --- 1+ year of experience using reporting tools --- Willing to coach learners/students at all levels
Preferred Skills/Experience: --- Fabrication process knowledge --- Familiar with foundational skills and systems like PSDS, CMES, REDARS, Drawings, Precision Measuring Tools --- Experience with designing/developing course content and instructional materials --- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment --- Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems --- Ability to organize, prioritize and pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy
Typical Education/Experience:--- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
