Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett 3105 Pine Street Everett, WA 98201 HOUSEKEEPING INSPECTOR The Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The Housekeeping Inspector coordinates daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that guest rooms and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition, and that all standards and procedures are being followed. They conduct inspections of rooms and recommend repairs and upgrades when needed. STATUS: - Full-time & Part-time
SCHEDULE: - Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays
RATE OF PAY: - $20.54 to $21.94 per hour/DOE
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: - Individual Incentives and Bonus Programs

QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of: - Housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures.
Skills and Ability to: - Successfully lead and motivate staff
- Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary tools and equipment and perform required duties.
- Work independently and manage one's time in order to meet productivity standards.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to meet hotel standards and represent the hotel positively.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff both verbally and in writing to receive and convey information.
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
