Create technical vision & provide thought leadership for Business application integrations. Design detailed solutions within the eCommerce UI & backend engineering team for eCommerce integrations technologies. Ensure high-performance of sites through optimal front-end architecture and development of code and content assets and articulate best practices to UI developers. Work closely with our lead/domain architects and software development teams to support and guide development teams implementing your solutions and educate teams on corresponding technical aspects. Continue to evolve the future state architecture for the eCommerce platform in partnership with domain architects. Develop and monitor adherence to integration standards and will utilize these standards to design solutions that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability. Design modifications to existing integrations while minimizing customization, design reusable components, and elimination of redundancy in designs throughout team's environment. Investigate new technologies and techniques and research ongoing industry developments through a partnership with the Architecture team. Create and maintain the middleware platform strategies and roadmaps, in partnership with other Application leaders. Mentor delivery teams on adopting new ideas/technologies. Provide operational support to supported technology and systems within the International Digital organization. 100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S. 40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology. Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the following: --- Ecommerce Platform (SFCC, ATG, or WCS) design and development; --- Full lifecycle Ecommerce architecture; --- Java/JavaScript Development; --- Agile SDLC experiencemust haves --- Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. --- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. --- Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. --- Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. --- Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. --- Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriously. Workplace Arrangement This role is classified as Remote under our SSC Workplace Policy: Outside reasonable commuting distance to an office site, work is performed from home.Additional Notes Authorisation to work in USA is required for this role. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $193,800 - $213,800/yr annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
