In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited ToPick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick systemMaintain a clean and organized workspaceCheck all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracyFollow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsQualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceAbility to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degreesAbility to lift up to 40lbs frequentlyAbility to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressureAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentAbility to actively engage in continuous improvement activitiesAble to work on your feet for 8+ hoursGood communication skillsAbility to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures----Preferred Skills and ExperienceWarehouse experience is a plus but not requiredHear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
