- Job Summary: This role will organize, manage, and deliver projects/programs for the organization.

- Mange relationships with key customers and partners to drive growth and retention of Organized Play program locations.
- Train, onboard, and support our Play! Pok--mon locations, ensuring excellence in customer service.
- Lead in management of key initiatives and ongoing programs, working closely with Sr. Program Manager and team to improve outcomes.
- Drive growth in the United States and Canada market through player engagement and retailer onboarding.
- Collaborate on programming across other markets, working across teams to ensure timely deadlines.
- Assist new external stakeholders through the onboarding process.
- Ensure program alignment with overall Organized Play goals.
- Provide some technical support for Organized Play! tools and subject matter expertise for internal teams.
- Contribute to development and share best practices for programmatic success with retailers.
- Continually ensure timely reporting of key program metrics.
- Generate relevant research, data, and information relevant to Organized Play! Programs in diverse markets. What you'll bring
- Four (4) or more years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Experience with indirect channel management and alliance management.
