Our Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist Distribution Center Management in achieving operational excellence, by assisting in various operational duties. Candidates for this position must be flexible in their day to day duties, and support TBC's / NTW's core values and safety culture.

The S&R Clerk will also need to perform the duties of a WH Associate, including, unloading trucks, pulling and putting away tires, operation of Man-Ups and forklift, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Polite and friendly customer interaction at the sales counter
• Obtaining customer signature (proof of delivery)
• Assist in loading customers vehicle
• Identify small parcel orders in SAP Outbound Dashboard
• Create T.O. in SAP
• Create Shipping Labels
• Invoice (PGI) parcel orders
• Assist with inbound shipments (unloading / verifying)
• Assist with outbound shipments (loading / verifying)
• Validate return and adjustment paperwork for processing
• Other duties as requested or needed
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • High School diploma preferred, with one year of related positions
  • Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Team player willing to do what is asked of
  • Use of computer keyboard and monitor required daily
  • Ability to handle tires up to 50 lbs
  • Available to work Saturday's
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Simple math abilities
  • Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
