Ticketing, Customer Service, Organized and Cleanliness, Good cash handling practices, Computer knowledge, Flexible hours.



Duties

Sell tickets at the window using Cirque du Soleil ticketing system;

Prepare envelopes with tickets;

Hand out tickets;

File tickets;

Handling complaints and/or difficult customers;

May work on a remote box office;

May go assist in the concessions to serve F&B products (as a runner);

Professionally confront problems and suggest possible resolutions;

Keeping working environment clean;

Requirements

Previous customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively

Good knowledge of English and language of the region (for example French in Montreal);

Computer skills;

Ability to handle cash;

Flexibility: variable working hours;

Customer friendly, Service oriented;

Clean and groomed appearance;

Motivated;

Work well under pressure;

Team player;

Work in loud environment
