Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for supporting Credit Officers on a daily basis in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes involving credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. Job expectations include acting as a primary liaison with the credit teams, operations, and other business partners.The Wholesale Credit Administrative group is looking for a Wholesale Credit Admin Assoc (WCAA) to work with the HENFP team supporting the Client Managers and the Credit Product Officers and Underwriters and their respective portfolio of clients.The Healthcare, Education, Non For Profit (HENFP) team is a team market focusing on providing credit to Institutional Clients nationwide. Our client coverage model and close partnership with other lines of business, such as Global Banking and Markets, Global Wealth and Investments Management, enable our commercial client teams to seamlessly deliver all of the bank's capabilities as integrated solutionsResponsibilities:--- Coordinates pre- and post-closing activities which may include due diligence activities, creation of approval documents, and interaction with operations--- Monitors requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and otherdocuments per the terms of the credit agreement or other documentation--- Identifies and resolves data quality issues--- Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency--- Understands policy and procedures and ensures compliance

  • Responsible for supporting the end-to-end credit management process, partnering with Client Managers and Credit Product Officers
  • Acts as a primary liaison with clients, client teams, credit services, and other business partners
  • Facilitate the timely collection of client financial information
  • Proactively focuses on client satisfaction throughout the credit management process
  • Ensures timely follow-up of loan monitoring activity to facilitate a sound credit portfolio
