The Help Desk Lead Coordinator will work as a member of a team and interact daily with the Centralized Services Coordinators, other Centralized Services Lead Coordinators, the Centralized Services Operations Manager, and field office associates by providing customer service and direction as needed. This position will report directly to the Centralized Services Manager. Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $16.50 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. - Run pre-shift meetings
- Track and report daily attendance
- Track and report associate performance and conduct
- Assist with recruiting efforts, orientation, and training
- Assist with payroll approval and processing
- Complete regular safety checks and complete accident reports Skills
- Supervisory and/or team management experience
- Ability to train, coach, and develop Coordinators
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Goal-oriented and an excellent time manager
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Affinity towards PC's, software, systems, and technology
- Intermediate skills and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Overall understanding of web-based systems and applications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with customers and clients
- Professionalism when working in a corporate environment.
