Learn more online at LinkedIn (), and Get to know the role Job Title: DEISR Coordinator Job Summary: In this role, you will assist our DEI and Social Responsibility team in support of TPCi Global DEISR plan. If you have a passion for people, changing environments and are looking to showcase your creative and analytical skills in a polished and professional work ethic through programmatic support work, then this role is for you. FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt People Manager: No What you'll do - Provides broad support and coordination around Social Impact initiatives, with a particular focus diversity/equity/inclusion and social responsibility efforts.
- Update and Manage the DEISR partner management (CM) system
- Supports DEISR team in designing, deploying and evaluating survey's
- Reviews content, helps identify speakers, manages series logistics
- Collects, analyzes and assists in the interpretation of data to help support DEISR initiatives
- Creates visualizations, including dashboards flowcharts, graphs to relay business messages and concepts
- Assists with the preparation of presentations, timelines, collateral, reports, and other materials
- Manages logistics, drafts communications, manages signups, catering, drafts invites, coordinates with participants, etc. for corporate DEISR events
- Works on special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Manages confidential and sensitive information with high-level of discretion What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Four (4) years of related professional experience.
- DEISR, Employee Culture or related field experience.
- Goal-driven with the ability to pro-actively take initiative. Works well with deadlines.
- Attention to detail
- Effectively working in a team oriented environment, fast paced - and changing environment
- Ability to work under tight schedules, must be able to prioritize
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, with influence and dedication to building trust-based relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and knowledge of SharePoint. How you'll be successful
