This position reports to the Plant Manager. Positions supervised include Pack Out, Cut-up, Tray Pack, and Deboning supervisors. Plan and implement all activities, product, and service in a manner designed to reduce the adverse environmental, social, and economic impacts and incorporate commitment to continuous improvement, pollution prevention, and efficient use of natural resources and sustainable practices.This position has a target base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 and is eligible for comprehensive benefits, as well as relocation support as applicable.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
