This role involves providing advanced nursing care tailored to the needs of urology patients, contributing to patient care planning, educating patients and families regarding their procedures, and collaborating with fellow healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans accordingly. Administrate medications and treatments with precision and in accordance with established healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on procedures, recovery, and ongoing health management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery. Maintain patient records and contribute to healthcare team information with detailed documentation. Advocate for patient needs and provide emotional support. Lead and mentor junior nurses and support staff.
