We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Intermediate Care to provide compassionate, personalized nursing services to our patients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in monitoring patients with non-life threatening, but potentially serious conditions and have a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care in line with our patient-first philosophy. This role requires sound judgment and high attention to detail, with a focus on supporting patient recovery in an intermediate care setting. Monitor and assess the health status of patients in intermediate care, recording all relevant patient data. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Operate medical equipment and assist with procedures as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery expectations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
