Job Description Hematology/Oncology opening - Abingdon, VALocated 40m to KingsportH1 EligiblePosition Details - Full-time, permanent - Employed - Established, stable group. - Join a wonderful medical community with supportive administration. - Radiation Oncology onsite with TruBeam & SBRT capabilities. - There is an active navigation program, American Cancer Society Resource Room and partnership with non-profits such as Susan G. Komen, Cancer Outreach etc. - A robust and aligned local medical community support this service and many of the providers are aligned with main Medical Group - Opportunities to work with Residents from their FM/IM Training Programs Support - Physician will join 2 additional Hem/Onc Physicians and 3 APPs. - The APPs manage infusion services and see acute & symptomatic patients and work under the direct supervision of the physician group. - There is a large, diverse support staff of APPs, RNs, dietary, navigators, schedulers, pre-cert and financial team. - Practice includes a full-service infusion room and a typical out-patient oncology practice. - Pharmacy is managed by hospital-based team, which includes an oncology boarded pharmacist on staff. - Support from specialists to include Rad Onc, Surgery, Pulm, GI, Urology, OB/GYN, Pathology, Radiology (including IR). - There is also a strong primary care cohort with IM and FM residents training Compensation/Benefits - Competitive Annual Salary - Production Bonus Based on rRVUs - Generous sign on bonus - Educational Loan Assistance - Relocation Assistance - Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) - CME - PTO More...
