Working within our state-of-the-art facilities, the PT will formulate treatment plans, execute mobility assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Assess patient condition by examining muscle strength, mobility, and overall functional capabilities. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient-specific needs and assessment findings. Document patient care services and reevaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary. Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain patient confidence by keeping information confidential and secure. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
