Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments with accuracy, and monitor responses to treatments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on illness and proactive health and lifestyle choices. Maintain up-to-date patient documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
