In this role, you will be integral in administering chemotherapy, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. Administer chemotherapy treatments according to established guidelines. Monitor patient condition continuously during infusion and react to any adverse reactions. Coordinate with oncology doctors and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate treatment plans. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment expectations and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficiency in IV therapy and chemotherapy administration.
