You'll take over an established book of high-net-worth clients and play a key role in the firm's long-term succession plan - all while enjoying the lifestyle and stability that only a boutique firm can offer. Why consider relocating? Destination Location: Located near downtown Great Falls - a charming, sought-after area with local restaurants, cafes, parks, and easy access to Tysons, Reston, and DC. Relocation Support: Relocation reimbursement or flexible transition timing available for the right candidate. Partner-Track Succession: You'll transition into a retiring partner's book of clients and be groomed into a partner role. Real Work-Life Balance: OT outside of tax season is rare.
