This role ensures alignment with organizational HR needs and policies, including adherence to the OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model. The successful candidate will drive HR process improvements while ensuring best practices in human capital management are applied to meet strategic goals.Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR service delivery in the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational requirements.
- Aligning HR processes with the OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model and organizational policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic direction on human capital programs and initiatives to support workforce needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR solutions and best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal HR regulations and standards.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on HR service delivery strategies and improvements.Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in human capital management and HR process improvement.
- Proven expertise in HR service delivery and aligning systems with organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of the OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in leveraging the ServiceNow platform for HR service delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in government or public sector HR environments.
- Certification in HR or related areas, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
