This is permanent employment for LPNs that are willing to travel out of town for 3 consecutive 12s per week, or 6 consecutive 12s every two weeks.*Lodging and full Benefits and shift diffs included!* Contributes to the assessment of the health status of patients.* Participates in the development and modification of a patients plan of care.* Performs delegated tasks, activities and functions that are consistent with prior educational preparation and within scope of practice.* Responds to and initiates care for medical emergencies throughout the facility. This includes the ability to perform continuous CPR until properly relieved.* Administers and documents medications on the Medication Administration Record.
