Job Title: Health IT Capture Manager -4466 Job Location: REMOTE / negotiable: West Falls Church, Virginia, 22066 Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Health IT Capture manager - T4NG2 position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. As a remote Health IT Capture Manager, your primary role will be to drive growth and capture initiatives within our Health Portfolio, with a specific focus on supporting T4NG2. Reporting directly to the Business Development Lead for our Health Account, you will be entrusted with directing and overseeing one to four pursuits, taking full ownership and accountability for developing proposed solutions through our Corporate Business Development and Capture Management Processes. This will involve crafting teaming and price-to-win strategies to ensure the delivery of compliant and compelling proposals. Skills / Experience Required - Proven track record of successfully securing deals exceeding $100 million in value with the Veterans Affairs
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting T4NG initiatives, showcasing a rich history of contribution
- Seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in capture management within the civilian sector
- Possesses extensive knowledge and a track record of success in navigating various contract types, including non-IDIQ and IDIQ (single or multiple award contracts), along with diverse payment structures such as FFP, T&M, and cost-plus
- Capable of executing a responsive process for Task Order identification, customer engagement, and proposal response
- Adept at positively influencing stakeholders at all levels of the corporate hierarchy
- Proficiency and proven track record in capture management, adhering to industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with adept problem-solving abilities and strong business acumen
- Confidence and experience in engaging with senior executives, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support capture efforts
- Demonstrated leadership in crafting and executing effective capture plans, emphasizing win strategies including themes, value propositions, and teaming arrangements
- Effective management and leadership of capture teams, ensuring resource allocation and collaboration among subject matter experts, functional leads, and Program Managers
- Proficient in gathering, assessing, and validating customer requirements
- Skilled in evaluating competition and devising strategies to leverage strengths and mitigate threats
- Translates requirements into robust win strategies, presenting compelling value propositions and differentiated bid elements
- Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational excellence and achieve customer satisfaction
