We offer competitive pay with a flexible benefits plan that includes medical, dental, vision and prescription drug insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, paidtime off, and 401(K) savings options.The essential functions of this position include performing assigned mechanical work to include equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown and equipment failure. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesComplete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures. Rebuild equipment including but not limited to gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics and hydraulic systems. Welding and fabrication experience not required, but preferred. Reads, interprets, understands manufacturer equipment manuals preventive (PM) task sheets and safety policies. Performs all equipment repairs and daily work within OSHA regulations, lockout-tagout and company safety policies. Monitors performance of equipment and informs maintenance and production supervisors of potential problems. Maintains log books by applying math skills through the equipment PM stages in order to calibrate machinery to performance standards.Minimum EducationHigh School or equivalentAdvanced technical or equipment maintenance training (preferred but not required)Experience Requirements2 - 4 years of related industrial work experience. Reading, writing and analytical skills are required.
