The Opportunity: Are you ready for a CTO role at a dynamic, fun, and growing company with a national security focus? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our CxO Team and lead our technology group. Our CTO will play a dual business and technology role and must have extensive experience with the federal government, especially with the Department of Defense. Your technology experience is in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security. You will be responsible for leading our engineering and product team(s), and scaling adoption of and delivering our solutions to government customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of a growth sales pipeline and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to customers.
- Lead customer engagements to identify potential new value-added solution(s).
- Lead the development and implementation of all solution(s) go-to-market strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their technology needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive innovation and stay abreast of technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of its industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business goals
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design, development, and deployment of technical projects.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
- Promote and maintain Agile and Scrum practices within the teams to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgeting for the technology group.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in solving complex engineering problems.
