Job Description Hybrid: Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.An exciting opportunity for a Senior Principal Subcontract Administrator to engage and support a variety of programs within the C4ISRS Business Area. - Leads and maintains organization in a cross-functional team, leads the performance of critical Subcontract Suppliers.
- Must be an excellent negotiator, capable of negotiating price, scope, and Terms & Conditions.
- Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. Responsible for leading and tracking a variety of License Agreements.
- Responsible for procurement compliance and Cost/Price Analysis and the review/signing of Proprietary Information Agreements.
- Must have individual contributor capabilities to prepare/review proposals, develop evaluation criteria, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and negotiate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts and resolve invoice issues. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 8 years or more of directly related work experience preferably in a government contracting environment, or an Associate's Degree and 10+ years of related government contracting experience.
- Extensive experience in negotiating Terms & Conditions
- Experience developing/negotiating License Agreements, PIAs and/or NDAs.
- Ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to accomplish objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to develop and implement organizational changes as required to meet a changing environment.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
