They Are: A Software Product Senior Manager and visionary, experienced in developing a software product and enabling it to scale for U.S. Federal consumption, in support of our nation's citizens and security. The Product Manager will partner with internal capability leaders and evangelize the product to secure additional internal investment. They will create the product roadmap and develop the corresponding GTM Strategy and leading the team to support this. They will also drive the development of product documentation including the outline of user requirements, building roadmaps, tracking feature requests, and creating other written artifacts needed for product development. Define and manage labor & O&M support models for products. -

Product Manager will scale the product for consumption by our federal clients. -

Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of equivalent industry experience -
Experience in one or more of the following: -
Bringing software product(s) to the US Federal Market -
Scaling an existing product support model -
Ability to create a product roadmap -
Developing a Go to Market Strategy (GTM) and sales pipeline and building the team to support it -
Hardware, software, and/or infrastructure experience as it relates to a successful product launch, enhancements, upgrades, etc. -
Experience in one or more of the following: -
Track-record in Software Product Management -
Background in software and application development -
Programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, C# .Net, etc -
Working on site in National Capital Region and client locations with occasional travel nationally and internationally -
Secret Clearance required -
Willingness to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Poly Bonus Points If: -
Degree in software engineering preferred, but not required. -
10+ years of industry experience -
Top Secret clearance -
Experience with Federal Clients -
General understanding of emerging AI / Gen AI technologies and how they factor into future product development strategy. -
Knowledge of cloud and server solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP -
