Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to the Office of the Under S ecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment ( OUSD( A&S ) ) The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who promotes collaboration and embraces learning and innovationResponsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assignedManagement may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.--- Research economic national security issues involving foreign adversarial investment to inform policy recommendations to improve the resilience of the U.SDefense Industrial Base .--- Strategically engage and collaborate with allies and partners to protect and bolster the domestic and allied Defense Industrial Bases .--- Provide program and technical subject matter expert support for the planning, monitoring, and executing of special studies for the program office.--- Review and analyze current reports and documents to assess key data and findings.--- Analyze economic activity involving foreign parties for national security concerns across the United States.--- Manage coordination of events and workshops for international partners (e.g., economics deterrents workshop).--- Monitor, track, and manage responses to Congressional inquiries .--- Manage communications with related offices within OUSD(A&S) .--- Partner with leadership to drive forward the mission of the directorate.--- Oversee contract deliverables and compliance.--- Support the integration of change efforts across the program office.--- Manage and support project teams across a diverse portfolio of clients and capabilities.--- Provide project management and communications support on contract Tasks may include but are not limited to drafting and compiling Monthly Status Reports and Project Status Review briefs; drafting and reviewing client deliverables; analyzing data and developing visualizations and high-level presentations.--- Assist the development of workflow strategies, design of SharePoint site, messaging campaigns, and SOPs.--- Strive to continuously improve processes and product delivery Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in the business development cycleSpecifically, the ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:--- Project management skills and experience collaborating with teamsExperience working in or with federal government and/or military is required .--- Ability to understand technical landscape and communicate effectively to multiple audiences.--- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skillsAbility to apply stylistic and grammatical standards to a variety of content types.--- Experience synthesizing complex or diverse information.--- Willingness to take initiative and solve problems.--- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to work under pressure and sometimes after core business hours to meet tight deadlines.--- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability is critical to success in this role.--- Experience working across teamsWillingness to share expertise with others and give and receive honest feedbackEducation and Experience: This position requires at least 15 years of relevant experienceA Master 's degree from an accredited institution is preferredPMP certification is preferredLocation: This position will be reporting to the Pentagon and the Mark CenterClearance Requirements: This position requires an active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearanceMust be a U.ScitizenPhysical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.--- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.--- Ability to use stairs without assistance .--- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.--- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.--- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
