GCyber is actively seeking a seasoned Primary Technical Control Facility Lead to join our teamThis critical role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing and operating advanced cryptographic facilities within a highly secure environmentThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical control operations, coupled with exceptional management and communication skills, to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our Tech Control facilitiesAs a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, you will:--- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tech Control facility, ensuring all systems and equipment, including switches, encryption devices, network operation consoles, and circuits, are maintained at optimal operational status.--- Lead a team of tech control professionals, providing expert guidance and supervision on projects of various sizes and scopes, directly contributing to the mission's success.--- Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and enhancement of the facility's operational capabilities, adhering to industry-accepted standards and best practices in Information Management Operations and IT Service Management (ITSM).--- Conduct regular assessments to ensure the Tech Control facility and its operations comply with DISAC 310-175-9 and other relevant regulations and standards.--- Manage Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions, offering robust support for incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution activities.--- Coordinate and supervise the restoration and reporting functions necessary for the effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities, providing technical direction as needed.--- Foster strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding facility operations, project statuses, and strategic initiatives.--- Stay abreast of advancements in tech control technologies and methodologies, ensuring the facility remains at the forefront of operational excellence and securityMinimum Qualifications and Experience:--- Active TS/SCI Clearance required.--- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical and managerial principles relevant to the role.--- Minimum 7years of experience in managing and operating cryptographic facilities, showcasing a deep understanding of technical control operations within secure environments.--- Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance and operation of tech control equipment such as switches, encryption devices, network operation consoles, and circuits.--- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing tech control teams in projects similar in size and scope to those at GCyber.--- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with the highest levels of management and external stakeholdersGCyber is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThis means you don't have to worry about whether your application process will be fairWe consider all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, ancestry, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disabilityFor future job notifications please follow GCyber on LinkedInhttps://linkedin.com/company/gcyber More...
