Demonstrating leadership skills in decision making and problem solving while providing safe/therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way is required. Utilizing standards, guidelines and pathways for care delivery while incorporating data and information to continuously improve care/practice and to enhance outcomes is expected.Additional Requirements:* Work schedule: 12 hours shift Nights (7 pm to 7 am)* Education: BSN required.* Experience: Minimum of 2 year of RN ED experience in a Leveled Trauma hospital.* Certification: ARRT registered as a Radiologic Technologist. Must obtain advanced certification in applicable modality within 1 year of training; BLS from the American Heart Association.* Clinical Certification required: BLS via AHA; Adult Trauma Nurse Specialist will require ACLS upon hire. Must obtain PALS within 90 days from date of hire* Prefer active certification in: ATCN or TNCC and CEN* Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.About Inova Health SystemInova is Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
