Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required. --- 24 months of Case Management experience is required. --- 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license in hand at the time of application. --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
