Oversees the provision of therapeutic care in a holistic and evidence-based environment which produces excellent patient care with optimal patient outcomes.* Serves as a physician liaison and primary information resource/contact for the unit. Ensures compliance with the unit plan for physician satisfaction.*Minimum Qualifications:** 1+ year of nursing leadership experience* 2+ years of acute care nursing* Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing*Required Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)* Registered Nurse; Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia*About Inova Health System *Inova is Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
