<span><B>Responsibilities for WebMethods Developer/J2EE/OO</B><br>&bull;This position will be 99% remote from home only requiring 1 day a week in the Alexandria VA office<br>&bull;Responsible for developing enterprise level integrated solutions for legacy and modernized systems<br>&bull;Support the development of an improved data architecture and data strategy; the effort will apply modern Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and tools, including the WebMethods Enterprise development and process modeling tools. <br>&bull;Support the development of web services using Java, WebMethods, and Oracle database tools. <br>&bull;Background in J2EE and object oriented development will be a key.<br><B>&nbsp;</B><br><B>Position Requirements (This position requires a Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust)</B><br>&bull;This position will be 99% remote from home only requiring 1 day a week in the Alexandria VA office<br>&bull;The candidate must be competent in E-Business transactions and have hands-on experience with data and process modeling tools, and relational databases such as Oracle. Knowledge of Web Services, Java/J2EE, XML/XSD&rsquo;s, UML, JMS, standard development methodology (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Spiral, Waterfall, RAD, etc.), and object-oriented development. Experience with large-scale system design and integration tasks, comprising design and implementation of major systems, systems of systems, integration of systems elements and related support systems. Good team player characteristics with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>&bull;Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor&#39;s degree with 6+ years or equivalent and twelve (12) years of general experience.<br>&bull;Additional desired qualifications: Prior experience with comparable technology toolsets, including WebMethods, TIBCO, SeeBeyond, Crossworlds, etc. Solid comprehension of WebMethods resource adapter technology, migration strategy for legacy systems, message oriented middleware, heterogeneous transactional environments, Data Warehouses, architecture framework methodology, data modeling tools, and Metadata repositories.
