Well known service company has an immediate opening for an energetic Mail Room Specialist

Requirements

Operates and maintains printers, copiers and fax machines

Opens, distributes, scans mail received correspondence

Applies and registers barcodes to documents that are to be scanned

Proofread scanned documents to verify accuracy and completeness and sends to third party vendor for processing

Performs data entry

Prints, copy, fax documents and presentations

Box up documents to be sent to storage

Maintains a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers

Packages documents to be sent via FedEx

Order supplies, and troubleshoot equipment

Works with various departments to assist in miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Ability to answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to appropriate department

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
