Utilizing UiPath and other technology, this role will design and implement reliable and scalable automation solutions, identifies and applies automation across diverse technology stacks. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to shape technical strategies and participates in the architecture and design of solutions, prioritizing factors such as reliability and scalability. Contributes to crafting high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code while actively providing support for production processing and monitoring of automation effectiveness. This role will also participate in POC's, innovation efforts and development of end-to-end process optimization solutions incorporating the latest technologies available, including Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, GenAI, Intelligent Document Processing, etc.Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership:Identify, pilot, select, and implement appropriate solutions, potentially across multiple technology stacks and integrated solutionsMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and automation solutionsCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture, design, and coding guidelinesContribute to the development of user and administrator documentationArchitecture And Design:Architect and design complex automation solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and securityResearch and integrate other intelligent automation technologies into the framework, inclusive of OCR, NLP, AI, and MLEvaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance development processesAnalyze and solve complex technical problems independently, providing innovative and effective solutionsContribute to the optimization of existing processes, products & solutionsCoding And Development:Lead the development of high-quality, efficient, and maintainable codeDrive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patternsConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote knowledge sharingMonitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot as neededProvide support for production automationAdditional Competencies and Skills:Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills with strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problemsProven ability to work well with all levels in the organization (both business & technical), with the ability to keep discussions at the approprautomationte level of abstractionDemonstrated communication capabilities with key stakeholdersMinimum Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with UiPath
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience working with Azure Compute and Azure DevOps products
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, VB, C# or .NETPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing custom code that will be utilized in automated solutions is strongly preferred
- Experience working in the Healthcare industry
