What You'll Do

Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise in Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) with knowledge of FCA methodology and ASTM uniformat II classification system, and supporting Facilities staff within the regionResponsibilities also include performing the following:
Overseeing and performing technical report reviewsPreparing and reviewing proposalsBusiness development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactionsPerforming FCAs, including barcoding and equipment inventory and/or detailed accessibility assessmentsResponsibilities may also include:
Leading and coaching junior staff membersPerforming responsibilities at regional level
What We're Looking For


• B.Arch or M.Arch Architecture, BS or MS in Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
  • For professionals with specialized Master-Level certification: BS in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, B.Arch in Architecture, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title
  • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
