This role involves providing high-quality pharmaceutical care aligned with our commitment to community wellness and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by providing proper dispensation, comprehensive drug information, and personalized service to our patients. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. Provide drug information and counseling to patients on medication usage and interactions. Monitor patient medication therapies and advise on appropriate usage and adjustments. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans. Participate in the development and implementation of hospital pharmacy policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions, medication interventions, and patient communications.
