Location: MONTPELIER, Vermont(Onsite)

Salary: $110K-$120K



Summary:

Salesforce Project Manager/Support Lead for a state government client. This role manages Salesforce projects, provides application support, and oversees releases. Requires strong Salesforce expertise (LWC, Apex), project management skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce projects: planning, execution, risk mitigation.
Provide application support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug fixes.
Oversee Salesforce releases using Copado.
Create and maintain project/release documentation.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.





7+ years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud).
Proficient in LWC, Apex, configuration.
Project management experience.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce integrations.
ITIL knowledge a plus.
