Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales agreements
Draft and revise commercial terms in coordination with legal counsel

Required Qualifications

7+ years of contracts management experience in a tech or fintech environment
Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements
Experience with CLM tools (Malbek, Docusign, etc.)
