Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required. --- 24 months of Operating Room experience is required. --- Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application. --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role. --- COVID vaccination required to apply. Declinations not accepted. --- COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Additional Details: Shift Information: Rotating D/E; weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule. Guaranteed Hour: 40 Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet. Must have trauma level 1 experience in the last year. Strong ortho candidate (must scrub all ortho cases including spine in order to be able to take ortho/ortho trauma call) -Strong experience required: gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma. EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to Offer; This facility requires all work history information (Bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
