  Acute Rehab Travel RN
  --- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care based on patient needs.
  --- Initiate assessment based on the patient problems or needs, physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
  --- Making appropriate adjustments and modifications to treatment plans as indicated/directed by supervisors or prescribed by the physician.
  --- Administer medications as ordered to assigned patients.
  --- Communicating and documenting changes in patient condition, on a timely bases, to charge nurse/supervisor and physician.
  --- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
  --- Availability to work the facility's required schedule.
  --- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
  --- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
  --- Also referred to as: Acute Rehabilitation Nurse, Rehab Nurse
  Job Requirements
  --- 2 years of recent experience as a rehab nurse
  --- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  --- Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
  --- BLS certification required
