Job Summary: The Plant Clerk is responsible for office services including processing scale tickets, maintaining sales, inventory, payroll, and production data in a semi-industrial environment.Essential Functions: 1. Measurement. Processing scale tickets for sales through PII POS 2. Results matter. Maintain Plant reporting systems including entering daily sales, incoming materials, and total production and inventory. 3. Focused. Perform clerical duties including accounts payable vouchering, payroll entry, mail processing and order of office/PPE supplies.4. Communicate often and effectively through Customer service, seek feedback and new developments. 5. Record fuel deliveries and order fuel. Requirements, Education and Experience:1. Ability to efficiently interface with a diverse group of customers and employees2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 3. Ability to communicate in verbal and written English language 4. Valid Driver's License 5.
