Assess and diagnose athletic injuries and conditions among students. Develop and implement comprehensive injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. Educate athletes on strategies for safe practice and competition. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Monitor progress of athletes and modify treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and school policies regarding student health and safety. Proven ability to assess and treat sports-related injuries. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, parents, and school staff. Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and techniques. Ability to work independently and make decisive healthcare decisions. Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
